ITINERARY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Day 1:\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ARRIVE IN KIGALI. DRIVE TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will arrive at Kigali International airport this morning. Upon clearance through emigration formalities, you shall be welcomed by our safari guide and start your journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park. The journey will lead you through the green countryside across the border into Uganda. You will have a stop in Kabale town for lunch. Bwindi impenetrable national park is a habitat for nearly 350 birds\u2019 species, 120 mammals and other insect species. The park is home to the endangered mountain Gorillas. You will check in at your hotel and relax.<\/p>\n

Day 2:\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters from where you shall be briefed and grouped for your Gorilla trekking exercise. Tracking gorillas on average takes 3 \u2013 6 hours depending on how far the animals have moved. You will spend an hour following, observing and photographing the Gorillas as they feed, play, and groom each other. After the experience, you will exit Bwindi Forest and drive back to your accommodation. In the evening, you may choose to visit Batwa communities.<\/p>\n

After breakfast, you will check out of your accommodation to drive back across the border to Kigali. You will carry a packed lunch from the lodge. Upon arrival in Kigali, you will have a city tour.<\/p>\n

Visit the Genocide museum in Kigali. The Kigali Genocide Memorial & Museum was started by a partnership of the Kigali City Council and the UK-based Aegis Trust. The center is extremely moving, challenging, educational, and ultimately inspiring as well as a great place to understand the cause, tragedy, and successful rebuilding post-genocide. You will also visit the Kandt Museum and a local Market. As optional tours, you may visit the Nyamirambo women\u2019s initiative and Azizi art Gallery.<\/p>\n

In the evening, you shall be transferred to the airport for your flight to the next destination.<\/p>\n
