This safari is a private, budget-friendly camping adventure<\/strong> starting and ending in Nairobi, Kenya<\/em>. It takes you into two of East Africa\u2019s iconic wildlife destinations \u2014 Maasai Mara National Reserve<\/strong> in Kenya and Serengeti National Park<\/strong> in Tanzania \u2014 using budget tents or campsites<\/strong> and shared facilities<\/p>\n

This is a budget safari. You sleep in campsites. We provide temporary pitched tents for sleeping and we also provide a chef to prepare your meals.. Bathrooms are shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Itinerary<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pick up from your hotel or airport and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp. At 4:00pm depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve, ends at 6:00pm.\u00a0 Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting.<\/p>\n

Day 2: Full day in Maasai Mara National Reserve<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.<\/p>\n

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna \u2013 lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.<\/p>\n

Day 3: Maasai Mara to\u00a0Serengeti via Isebania Border\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breakfast at 6AM\u00a0 thereafter depart for Serengeti Through the Isebania border; Arrive border at Lunch time.30 Minutes process of getting visa. Hand over to our Tanzanian driver . In Tanzania we use 4 wheel drive Land cruiser. Picnic lunch on the way<\/p>\n

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breakfast at the camp and thereafter proceed for a full day tour with packed lunches.<\/p>\n

Day 5: Serengeti to Arusha<\/strong><\/p>\n

Early breakfast at the campsite and thereafter check out with packed lunch and drive back to Arusha with drop off at your hotel or airport.<\/p>\n
