Do I need to be in Kenya to use Diaspora Express?
No. Our service is built for Kenyans living abroad. You can request, confirm and follow your errand from anywhere in the world.
What kind of errands can you run?
Personal errands, shopping, parcels, help for loved ones, property visits, preparing for your trip home and more. If it isn’t listed on our services page, ask us anyway.
How much does an errand cost?
Each errand is quoted based on what’s involved, such as distance, time and number of stops. We provide transparent, upfront quotes before any errand begins so there are no surprise fees. Once the scope and cost are confirmed, you can securely pay via our approved international or mobile payment channels before execution.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. While our central operations hub is in Nairobi, we regularly accommodate regional and countrywide errand requests across Kenya based on client specifications. Errands further out of Nairobi CBD are quoted per distance. Contact us directly to discuss regional logistics.
How will I know my errand is done?
Transparency is our core value. We use a dedicated update channel to send you real-time photo or video proof directly to your phone at critical milestones (e.g., when a runner arrives at a site, purchases items or completes a delivery).
