Do I need to be in Kenya to use Diaspora Express?
No. Our service is built for Kenyans living abroad. You can request, confirm and follow your errand from anywhere in the world.
What kind of errands can you run?
Personal errands, shopping, parcels, help for loved ones, property visits, preparing for your trip home and more. If it isn’t listed on our services page, ask us anyway.
How much does an errand cost?
Each errand is quoted based on what’s involved, such as distance, time and number of stops. We confirm the cost with you before we start.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. We serve Nairobi Metropolitan and can run errands across Kenya. Errands further out are quoted per distance.
How will I know my errand is done?
We keep you updated as your errand progresses and let you know as soon as it’s complete with detailed and transparent report.
