On-Site Inspection & Independent Verification

Protect Your Investment with Impartial Eyes on the Ground.

We conduct structured, evidence-based site visits to verify workmanship, materials, safety practices, and progress against approved project particulars such as; drawings, contracts, and timelines. Each inspection produces a time-stamped, media-rich report you can rely on for decisions without flying to Kenya.

WHAT WE INSPECT
Construction & Fit-Out Works
  • Compliance & Administration: Evidence of plan approvals (County), NCA project registration (where required), NEMA EIA status (if applicable), mandatory site signages, and display of approvals.

  • Workmanship vs. Drawings/BoQ: Dimensions, alignment, plumb/level, finishes quality, tolerances, fixings, and visible defects (snagging).

  • Materials on Site: Cement class/brand and storage, reinforcement sizes and spacing, blocks/bricks, timber treatment, plumbing/electrical first-fix materials; delivery notes and batch matching where available.

  • Progress vs. Programme: Milestones completed, slippage risks, and critical-path blockers.

  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment): Basic PPE usage, housekeeping, working-at-height scaffolds/edge protection, trench shoring, temporary electricals, waste handling (observational).

  • MEP spot checks (non-destructive): Plumbing pressure test records (if available), electrical first-fix routing, earthing provisions, and fixture positioning before closing.

  • Site & Access: Road approach, drainage, encroachments, wayleaves/easements visible on the ground.

  • Neighbourhood Context: Adjacent uses, nuisance sources (noise, flood history from residents), and visible utility connections.

  • Services Verification: Presence/feasibility of power, water, and sewer; meter readings/photos where applicable.

  • Goods Received Checks: Quantity, condition, and conformity of materials/equipment delivered to site; photos of serial numbers/labels and storage conditions.

Important Considerations

  • Intake & Scope: You submit location, contacts, drawings/BoQ (if available), and inspection goals.

  • Pre-Visit Brief: We align on milestones and evidence needed (e.g., a slab pour, roof truss fix, tile setting out).

  • On-Site Inspection: Structured checklist, interviews with the site representative, collection of photographic/video evidence.

  • Validation: Cross-check against drawings/BoQ and approvals, and compare progress to stated schedule.

  • Reporting & Debrief: You receive the media pack and PDF report; optional call for actions and dispute-avoidance steps.
